Bride's letter for what? A thank-you note, perhaps? If it is a thank-you note, please encourage your child to write it herself. It would be a good experience for her.

A Bride's Letter is the letter sent to the bride by a vendor (photographer, florist, baker, etc), not a letter the bride herself would write. It usually is a "Thank you for hiring us" type of letter and includes a reiteration of standard policies for that vendor. For example a photographer might reiterate to the bride that he is not responsible for props or landscaping that she might want. The baker might restate specifics such as what precisely a "slice" of cake is. Often there are things like diagrams, etc included. One caterer sent a letter that included a drawn picture of each course's plate. This gave the bride a visual idea of portion size. I would be reasonably sure that a simple web search would yield several examples.
What is a bride's letter in the first place? Never heard of such a thing. Other people I know who have gotten married have never done that either. Ask the teacher for verification but be aware that most people don't do anything like that at all, nor do they even know what one is, which seems like it is entirely made up just to have the kids do extra work.
One example of a brides letter is a letter written to the bride for the cake decorator or caterer service.
you may view this example to get the idea.
