For Example If both Bride and groom having B+ Blood Group so is there any problem during birth of child or pregnancy.

No the only complication would be if mom is negativ(A-, B-, AB-, O-) and dad is positive. this can a serious complication and harm the baby, it's called erythroblastosis fetalis. If mom and dad are both positive, baby will be fine.
no there will be no problem if bride and groom both have the same blood group
for example:my mom and dad both have B+ blood group and i also belong to B+ blood group and i don't have any problem....
problem will arise when mom has negative blood group and dad has positive...if this happens then there is a possibility that blood will clot in baby's body and baby will die...

VARIOUS PROBLEMS ARISES IF THE PARTNERS HAV SAME BLOOD GROUP. THE ONLY GROUP WHICH DOESNOT CAUSE ANY PROB FOR THE COUPLE IF THEY HAVE SAME GROUP IS O+.
if bride and groom have the same blood group then thereis no conflict between two blood groups..................................… bride and groom will definately have conflict.
No I think things would be fine unless mom had the Rh problem,
