Workout: Weight training Routine 3 times per week.

Workout:
Weight Training is the only way to get slim, trim and toned. If you do cardio alone, you will never get there. Weight training burns tons of calories. Cardio Workout:
The most effective cardio is interval cardio. If done properly, cardio can speed fat loss. In order for the cardio workout to be effective, it must be done immediately after weight training workouts and must be intervals. 1:1 work:rest ratio is great to start with. If doing a cardio workout on a non-weight training day, do it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, and then have a buff bride meal immediately following.

Diet:
Without the proper nutrition or "diet" it is close to impossible to see results. It is super easy and simple if you have the right formula. Here is a tip. A Buff Bride Meal is composed of a lean protein, a starchy carbohydrate and a fibrous vegetable. Eat a buff bride meal every 3-4 hours.

A1. 30 Plie Squats
A2. 30 Tubing Presses
A3. 30 Stability Ball Leg Curls
A4. 30 Tubing Rows
A5. 30 Lateral Raises
Jump Rope for 60 seconds and repeat circuit 2 more times.

Bride Workout To Tone The Arms

Every Bride wants to look lean and toned in their wedding gown.

If you are getting married soon and you are wearing a gown that shows your arms, then you better get to work. By work I mean, HIT THE WEIGHTS! Yes Bride, if you want to tone your arms, the only way to do it is through resistance training or weights! So I am going to give you a jump start bride workout.

Not only will weight training get you lean and toned but it also burns TONS OF CALORIES, during and post workout. It actually burns more calories than cardio, with the added benefit of sculpting and toning the body.

This is just a routine to help you get started. If you really want great arms in your wedding gown then you need a full body Bride Workout Program. And you need to do it consistently for about 12 weeks to see great results. Don't worry, you need only do the weight training 3 times per week.

Bride Workout to Tone the Arms

A1. Dumbbell Shoulder Press
A2. Lateral Raises

Core Movement

B1. Tricep Pulldown
B2. Bench Dips

Core Movement

C1. Dumbbell Bicep Curls
C2. Hammer Curls

Core Movement

Instructions for Bride Workout above:

Perform 3 sets of 20 repetitions of each circuit with 60 seconds rest in between each circuit. Follow each circuit with 20 repetitions of an abs or core exercise. For example: A1, A2, Stability Ball Crunches. Rest 60 seconds and repeat one more time. Then move on to circuit B.
